Coy & Wilma’s now has a few select sites available for full-time residents. These sites are in a separate neighborhood from our regular seasonal campers and all are giant, level, and private – ideal year round full time living. The peace and quiet, nature and close proximity to the lake are great reasons to retire at Coy & Wilma’s, but the friendly community of Campers is the reason it will immediately feel like home.
